Cardio wins Crown...or in this case, Coronet. On the glorious day of their tournament, Their Highnesses James and Margaret wish all challengers for the Mists’ thrones to display their martial prowess and stamina. More fighting equals more fun!
The format is as follows:
• A double elimination tournament with no restrictions to weapons.
• All fights are two out of three for victory. Double kills reset the counter to 0-0 and they begin again.
• Finals will be fought until you have two more victories than your opponent(s). The total number of victories in finals will be the only ones that counts. Double kills do not change the count of victories and have no effect.
• If the total number of rounds fought reaches 10, the 10th round will be sudden death winner takes all (In the case of two fighters) If there are 3 fighters in finals, rare but possible, the first pair to reach 10 fights will fight sudden death to advance to fight what is presumed to be the 10th fight for the last fighter. Which would be sudden death again.
Their Highnesses encourage their beloved populace to volunteer at gate, perhaps marshal or herald, to contribute to the well being of the fair Mistlands.
